Early Childhood Family Education offers Neighborhood Services (for parents with children from birth to age 5), which are located throughout Minnesota. ECFE Neighborhood Services has workshops, information, field trips, and special events for families; mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays. Also has services for parents whose children have special needs, children about to enter kindergarten, or infants. Minneapolis Kids, a child care program for school-aged children.
